InteliSecure is hyper-growing software company with over $40M in annual revenues generated from a growing list of Fortune 500 customers. They were in need of a comprehensive review/strategy for administering their sales contracts process, and received bids of over $600K from national firms. M. H. Enterprises, Inc. owns and operates franchise brands. Founded by Michael Haith, the company owned the Maui Wowi franchise system from 1999 until November 2015. At the time the assets were sold to Kahala Corporation, Maui Wowi franchisees operated more than 600 locations in seven countries around the world.  In January 2016, the company acquired substantially all of the assets of Teriyaki Madness, LLC, and now franchises more than 40 Teriyaki Madness restaurants throughout the United States.
